As a fundamental investor with more than a decade of experience, Thadd is passionate about understanding businesses, competitive advantages, and their potential for high returns on capital. He works closely with clients to improve their financial well-being by understanding their goals and implementing long-term strategies tailored to their needs. Since joining St. Germain in 2015, Thadd was instrumental in the founding and success of October Mountain Financial Advisors. He previously worked at Berkshire Bank Wealth Management in Lenox, MA, and at Spinnaker Trust in Portland, ME, where he served on the investment team managing over $1 billion in assets including private equity, hedge funds, and real estate.

Thadd earned his BA in Economics from Bowdoin College, holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation, and is a member of the CFA Society of Mississippi.
